With reference to the above, our Import-Export. Due to the tight Shipment schedule. Therefore, we have to work overtime from 00.00.PM to 00.00 PM on date 07.01.2019 for Export & Import consignment. 

We would appreciate you kindly arranged for one inspector to expedite our work on time.
